P.K. joined the Capital Region Planning Commission in 2014 as a Transportation Planner and works on the Capital Region's congestion management planning efforts, traffic data collection and analysis and assists the Capital Area Transit System (CATS) with various technical duties.  

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University (LSU), and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. During his studies at LSU, his coursework covered principals of highway, traffic and geotechnical engineering.  Additionally, his coursework included hydrology, water and wastewater treatment.  To conclude his studies, his capstone project was a hydrological system design for a suburb in the surrounding Capital area.
