The Baton Rouge Metropolitan Planning Organization is the lead for the Baton Rouge MSA's Climate Pollution Reduction Grant funding. We have successfully delivered QAPP and Prioritize Climate Action Plan (PCAP) under Phase-I of the CPRG grant. 
We have embarked on Phase -II, which is the development of a Comprehensive Climate Action Plan.
