Carlinton is currently the Senior Outreach Coordinator for the Commuter Krewe, CRPC’s Transportation Demand Management program in the Baton Rouge area, servicing the Ascension, East Baton Rouge, Iberville, Livingston, and West Baton Rouge Parishes. The goal of the Commuter Krewe program is to help with transportation traffic congestion in the Capital Region. The program encourages the use of alternative transportation (biking, walking, carpooling, vanpooling, and transit (bus/microtransit), providing incentives to help reduce congestion on roadways.

Before joining CRPC, Carlinton worked as a Learning and Development Facilitator, Quality Advisor, and Disaster Recovery Manager in Operations, focusing on customer service and quality control. Carlinton has worked in the Customer Service industry for 20+ years.
