Sr. Planning Aide/Title VI Coordinator

Chris is the Certified Title VI Coordinator and one of several senior members of the (CRPC) Capital Region Planning Commission. He submits appropriate updates to the (DOTD) Department of Transportation and Development including CRPC’s board approved and updated Title VI Plan, training records, organizational updates, complaints, updated (PPP) Public Participation Plan, (LEP) Limited English Proficiency and (EJ) Environmental Justice statistical records. Chris also conducts continuous on-board (NTD) National Transit Database surveys for the (CATS) Capital Area Transit System along with additional support for the regional traffic counting program as needed. Chris has an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, A.A.S., ITI, with past certification in Avionics, Electronics and Biomedical fields.
